Wow. What a breath of fresh air. A family run business with welcoming, knowledgeable staff that turn up on time and do a great job! I run a business in Cheltenham and had Trevor from Chlodel flooring out to quote for redoing a room within the premises. He worked quickly and effectively to find out what I required from the floor and whether I was working to a budget or not. When it came to fitting, I was so impressed when Trevor offered a Sunday fitting service at no additional charge. He understood we would lose business if it was not completed on a Sunday. Trevor and his other expert fitter Adele arrived promptly at the shop at 8am on a Sunday and worked tirelessly all day.The finish was absolutely perfect, beyond what I could have imagined. Great care and attention to detail was clearly employed throughout the job. I would have no problem recommending Chlodel and team and will be returning for all my flooring needs in future! Thank you for being a pleasure to work with.
