I've stayed in many Premier Inns and this one is in desperate need of a refurb. I hope it's somewhere near the top of the list. Great pub next door though where you can get a pretty decent meal as part of the meal deal. Lovely staff.
Brilliant example of a Premier Inn. Well placed for access to Gloucester and surrounding area, easy access to M5 and A417 etc. Good Brewers Fayre attached and Tesco., Costa etc just opposite. Very attentive and friendly Staff who went over and above to make our stay comfortable and memorable... Thank you Zoe and team.
Comfortable, clean, staff at the desk very friendly and welcoming. It's situated in a business park area. So it's quiet and peaceful. Good offer of selection of food within the vanicity. Thumb up!
Terrible stayed in my room for 3 hours but the room above me was making so much noise I went to reception to let them know but there was just a sign saying ring buzzer if no one is here looked around no buzzer waited 15 minutes no staff. Went back to my room got my stuff and dropped my key off at the still unmanned reception desk. Have emailed premier inn but surprise surprise have heard nothing back
Excellent staff. Hotel itself is as you would expect a premier inn to be, somewhere you come to sleep when you are off doing stuff, but the staff are very courteous and helpful.
