Giving one star because of the blaintant discrimination we think we faced while dining in the restaurant and negative customer journey. It was my wife's birthday and our orders appeared after 2 hours from ordering. I wonder what I can call it other than discrimination because white guests who came after us were being served on time and our children too made that observation. Can u imagine waiting for you food to be delivered while your children are already sleeping off? After politely asking why the food was taking long, the children's food appeared but were already sleepy to bother them. My wife and children ended with not eating dinner. I must admit that as well travelled people we were extremely surprised at the restaurant staff who probably missed the point that we were actually giving business to their employer who in turn would manage to pay their salaries.The positives were around the spa treatment section. Though delays were noticeable, staff were professional and worked with extreme passion. Well done. The reception staff too were extremely good. Very welcoming and helpful with the luggage. Well done too.
Such a beautiful place and lovely staff throughout the hotel including the Spar staff as well even though I was on my own without my partner just an amazing place to be and so relaxing and chilled the jacuzzi was just great and the coffee and tea and refreshments it was just Pure Bliss I could not fault anything would definitely be going back in April just wish I had someone to go with me never mind maybe one day!
Had a lovely weekend stay here. The rooms are big in size and clean and the SPA is great. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we even got a cocktail with fresh fruit even though the bar doesnt normally serve cocktails. Breakfast buffet had lots of options.If youd like to get a treatment over the weekend it would be a good idea to book ahead.
Hotel itself pretty decent for the budget prices.rooms were clean and spacious. Pool/spa was nice. But the restaurant was terrible. Slow service (no apology), average food. Would recommend the hotel (rooms and spa), would not recommend eating here.
I've used this hotel several times for meetings but I have not stayed overnight. As a meeting venue it is a good location. The staff are attentive and the facilities are very good
